PLACING AN ORDER WITH US
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact our Sales Personnel before placing an order with us either by telephone at +65 6268 9931 or by E-mail .
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change depending on our sales volume.
We may refuse to accept an order if
i) We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
ii) If shipping location is not within Singapore or is in a No-Go zone as listed here.
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT
The Gift & Paper Company provides a 100% secure payment system.
We accept Payments by PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal website. For wholesale customers, payment can be arranged offline, kindly contact our sales personnel to find out more.
All prices quoted on this website are in Singapore Dollars and are accurate at the time of publication
COMPLIANCE OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products.
All deliveries will be via TA-Q-BIN. Upon your order confirmation and authorisation of payment, we will issue you a tracking number, which you can use to track your item
Your purchases will be delivered within 3 working days and our personnel will contact you before delivery. If your purchases are urgent, kindly indicate on the comment box upon check out.
Delivery to a different address
We are able to deliver to a different address of your choice. You can store up to 5 different shipping addresses in your account.
You can check if your order has been delivered by clicking on "My Account" at the top right-hand corner, to view your "order history".
You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your goods and receive a refund of all charges IF the item is faulty or damaged upon receiving.
Items returned must be in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging before exchange of goods or a full refund is issued.
We can refuse to accept the item if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
We do not accept any exchange requests for items that are not faulty or damaged.
